    The VC:MP Development Team has been working steadily on VC:MP 0.4 and are making some great progress.  For all those who can't wait for 0.4, please be patient and realise that we are working as fast as we can.  It is a huge project and we prefer to spend our time working on it, rather than posting news at every turn.  Rest assured, its going to be fun! ^^

    We will be conducting a public beta test of on the weekend of Friday, June 15th.

    This test will demonstrate many new features and mIRC scripting possibilities
    including:

    • Spectate Mode
    • Synced Time and Weather (and yes, waves)
    • Extra player animations
    • Enhanced mIRC scripting capabilities
    • RPG mode

    we started over from 0.1d source, then made the following improvements:

    upgrades:
    netcode(allows 50 players now)
    sync(smoother sync overall)
    browser(SA:MP browser interface)
    admin(in-game commands added)

    features:
    synced pickups(defined thru ini)
    maximum flight height raised
    tires popping is synced
    added chat commands /msg and /me
    armour bars added above health bars
    bugs fixed
